§ If you choose to receive the order in our office / warehouse "Dzelzīši", Pēternieki, Olaine parish, on working days from 09:00 to 18:00, then the delivery cost is € 0. Before going to the HDB office, please first wait for confirmation from the HDB operator. You have the opportunity to pay for selected goods at the HDB office with a non-cash payment card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)!
§ Upon receipt of the order at the HDB office, you must present an identification document (passport, ID, driver's license). email: info@happydog.lv, or sms to phone 25140560, so that upon receipt of the product, our employee would be sure that the order will be handed over to the customer who purchased it.
§ When receiving an order by courier, the ordered product can be received by the person who made the order and payment, or the customer indicates the name of another person who is entitled to receive this order on behalf of the customer by entering a comment during ordering or sending such information to e email: info@happydog.lv or sms to 25140560. The recipient presents an identity document.
§ The courier's waiting time at the delivery object is a maximum of 10 minutes, even in cases when the customer cannot be reached. If the customer or his representative has not arrived at the address specified by the customer to receive the goods, the delivered goods will not be left and a re-delivery fee of € 5.00 (five euros) will be applied in Riga, or € 5.00 (five euros) in the rest of Latvia, or The customer can receive them at the office "Dzelzīši", Pēternieki, Olaine Parish, on working days from 09:00 to 18:00 free of charge.
§ Deliveries to Omniva, Latvijas Pasts or DPD Pickup parcel terminals, as well as to Latvijas Pasts post offices or Circle K DUS may be delayed due to the workload of the service provider!
